Rosie Sutherland first sent details of private holiday houses for rental in Italy to friends in 1988. Since then she has developed her business to include beautiful properties throughout the world. Properties are available throughout the year by arrangement. Prices are weekly in high season unless otherwise indicated. Some rates are constant throughout the year and one week bookings are charged at high season rate.
