Here's what one of our guests thought about her week at Castelvecchio.

"To take a group of painters on holiday one needs to find a destination that is beautiful, inspiring and comfortable. Borgo di Castelvecchio is all these things and much more. The welcome we all experienced, the quality of the food and wine and the elegance of our rooms and surroundings made us feel like royalty.

Simon and Alexander treated us like family guests, and by the end of the week Castelvecchio, with its old villas and cypress trees framing the landscape, had worked its magic upon us all. The results were evident in the paintings produced and the friendships made. We look forward to a return trip"
