Please let us know if you would like any special arrangements made for your stay e.g. shopping ready for your arrival, menus for the first few days. 
We are able to help organise staff for your house such as a cook or driver or additional maid service where it is not already included at some houses. Your holiday villa will have either local management representation or you are always welcome to contact Rosie by email or on her mobile. Rosie speaks French and Italian, so she is quite used to translating down the phone.
If you are planning a party or a special event at your chosen holiday villa, we will do everything we can to help with your arrangements.
Whilst we do not handle travel arrangements, or act as agents for car or boat hire, we are able to put you in touch with our specialist agents and associates who will be able to assist.
