Property Detail

The very spacious and stylish interiors are painted in a warm terracotta colour, with blue doors and windows. A Moroccan/Turkish theme is evident throughout with the furnishings, tiles, shutters, fireplaces, rugs and artefacts.

The accommodation has been designed very much to take advantage of the lovely terraces and views, including a south-facing loggia, with a barbecue area and a shaded seating area with hammocks and a fireplace. Beyond this, on a lower level, there is a sun terrace with fountain, leading to the landscaped garden.

The landscaped gardens incorporate fountains, a waterfall, ancient stone walls, quiet areas to sit and relax and pretty pathways. Also within the garden is a stunning swimming pool (enclosed with gate entrance), key-hole shaped (approx. 15.5 x 11 m) with cascade and a stone diving board. The pool is surrounded by large terraces, with pool house, which has a barbecue area, bar, changing room, shower and WC.

Ground Floor
Entrance through courtyard to the main salon with sitting and dining areas and fireplace, and opening to the south loggia. Open plan kitchen with central island and larder (3 fridges, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave) and door to north loggia and courtyard. Smaller sitting room with fireplace, leading to office. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and door to courtyard. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with separate shower). These rooms open to a west terrace with seating areas overlooking a waterfall.

First Floor
1 double bedroom with en-suite dressing room and bathroom and terrace access. 1 twin room with sitting area, en-suite shower room and terrace access. One further (fifth) double bedroom is available at time of booking for a supplement of €500.00 per week, however, accommodation is for a maximum of 12 guests in total.

Casa Maroc

Self-contained accommodation with entrance both through the courtyard and the main building. Sitting room with open-plan kitchenette. 1 double (4 poster) & 1 twin bedroom, both ensuite with. Outdoor seating under shade.

Casita

Separate self-contained cottage with twin bed/sitting room, shower room and kitchenette.

Satellite TV, DVD, CD player, Telephone.

Staff

Resident housekeeper  - She will  shop for and  prepare  simple continental breakfasts for guests -  shopping payable locally. She will prepare a simple supper on arrival evening. Please discuss requirements when making your booking. Gardener/pool maintenance

Heating charges will apply during cooler months (payable separately).

Attractions nearby include the beautiful hill town of Ronda, renowned for its bull fighting and 18th Century bridge. To the south, there are several championship golf courses near Sotogrande and Tarifa. This is an area of outstanding beauty, also ideal for walking and riding.
