- Ardington was built around 1720 and remains a family home with a warmth and welcome that is a timeless tribute to days gone by.
- Its rooms to the south look across the gardens and grazing horses to the river, well known to local fishermen. As you enter the house, you come into a beautiful hall with elegant stairs and the drawing and dining rooms off it. The latter is wood panelled and both rooms are beautifully furnished with boast lovely family portraits and art work.
- Upstairs there are numerous bedrooms and bathrooms making this home suitable for large family groups. There are 9 spacious bedrooms, 3 en-suite and 3 other bathrooms. A further twin bedroom and a single bedroom. All rooms have lovely views.
- Outside there is a heated swimming pool, hard tennis court, croquet lawn and some wonderful old trees. This is a really cosy property and a great place to relax. The chef can provide delicious meals and the local pub is one minute's walk through the village.

Locally there is so much to see and do with Oxford a short drive away and the wonderful Cotswolds within easy reach.
Along with all the usual country pursuits, the village pub is only a short walk away. With stables, a tennis court and a heated outdoor pool there is always plenty to do.

The heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, croquet lawn and trout river are all at your disposal. There are many paddocks and quiet areas including the island that may be used for presentations, team tasks, competitions or display stands.
