There is a huge arched sitting room and dining room. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges and a freezer and a toaster ....good for British guests!

4 bedrooms in the house: Ground floor - double or twin (whichever guests prefer can be either) with shower room.

First floor:

  • 1 double bedroom with good ensuite shower rom.
  • 1 single room and 1 twin room sharing a bathroom.
  • Gallery - single guest bed.

During the summer there are fans in bedrooms if necessary - the house is cool though in summer.

In the garden is a childrens play house and a lovely pool 12x5ms with chaises longues and cushions.  For outside dining/ sitting there is a vine covered pergola and loggia and terrace on 3 sides of the house.

There is guest annexe double bedroom with good ensuite shower room.

For a smaller party outside mid July to 31 August please ask - special rates may apply.

Three good and nice very local restaurants - superb vineyard at Capezzana.


Local Services

There is a local driver with taxi /minibus and to go into Florence and not have to park you can take a train from Montelupo - 15 mins.
