Property Detail

There are 2 houses, set in 3 acres, the main one set around a traditional courtyard and consists of 4 principal suites. Each bedroom has Moroccan tiled bathrooms and large dressing rooms and 3 have fireplaces.

  • The guest house has 3 bedrooms ,each with there own bathroom  and a separate salon.
  • In total there are 7 bedrooms,6 double and 1 with twin beds.

The property is located in the fashionable Ourika Valley 14km to the south of Marrakesh with easy access to the airport[25 mins] .The ‘Grande Place’ ( Place Jemaa El Fna ) is also 25 minutes by car.

 

Marrakech has many attractions both historical and modern. Fabulous souks within the old walled city and sophisticated modern shopping in the French Quarter.An abundance of restaurants and cafes .

Golf - Within 25 minutes of the house there are 4 major international golf courses.The property faces south towards the snow capped Atlas Mountains and commands spectacular views of the broad sweep of the highest mountain range in Africa - local activities include riding, hiking and skiing.
