Property Detail
The villa is situated in the 600 hectaire Pelegrin Natural Park. The park has more than 150 deer, 100 muflons and dozens of rabbits and pheasants.
There is no swimming pool, but there is private beach with sun beds, fridge and daily cleaning of the beach. Next to house there is whirlpool (large Jacuzzi).

- RIB Boat, fuel to be paid extra

- Cleaning of the beach in Duga Bay (twice daily).
- House keeping and cleaning (daily)
- Internet connection in living room and studio.
- Tourist tax
- Manager on Duty who is on site and will try to accommodate any guests’ requirement (trips, logistics, tickets for shows, etc)
- Optional Chef service available for an additional €1,050 EUR/week.
The owner has the following Payment Terms
- There is a non-refundable Confirmation Deposit of 40% of the total rental payable immediately to secure the booking.
- The balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to rental commencement date.
The owner has the following cancellation policy:
- In the case of cancellation of the reservation 60 – 15 days prior to arrival - 40% of total price will be returned to the client.
- In the case of cancellation of the reservation 15 – 3 days prior to arrival - 25% of total amount will be returned to the client.
- In the case of cancellation of the reservation 3 – 0 days prior to arrival - no refund.

Duga Bay, which is immediately below the villa on the Northern coast and two bays to the East of Parja Bay is dedicated to the villa. It is less than one kilometre away and is connected by a private road through the estate.
